LA CROISSANCE ÉCONOMIQUE DEVRAIT sensiblement reculer en 2008, pour s’établir à 4.8 pour cent, contre 5.7 pour cent en 2007. Ce taux se situerait au-dessous de la moyenne enregistrée au cours des trois dernières années (5.9 pour cent). En cause principalement : le recul de la production minière, en particulier de l’extraction de l’uranium.
