Each issue typically includes the following sections: Articles, Case Law, National Legislative and Regulatory Activities, International Regulatory Activities, Agreements, News Briefs, and a Supplement.

The OECD Nuclear Energy Agency's bulletin on devlopments in nuclear law.  This issue includes studies on the 2002 amendment to the German Atomic Energy Act concerning the Phase-Out of Nuclear Power, the problems facing nuclear power in Japan, the US national system for disposal of radioactive wastes, the participation of the nuclear industry in the elaboration of an international norm.
