These are some of the questions discussed at the Regional Workshop on Trade Capacity Building: Experiences in an African Context that was held in Mombasa on 26-27 August 2002, organised jointly by the OECD Development Co-operation Directorate, the OECD Development Centre and the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa.
