Annex A. Consultation with experts
The recommendations presented in this report were supported by a series of interviews and focus group discussions conducted by the OECD team with experts in the Netherlands from February to April 2021. Initial interview subjects were identified by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. These interview subjects recommended other experts for the OECD to consult. The OECD continued interviews until the information gathered from key informants began to share similar messages. Further rounds of interviews and focus groups took place from June to October 2021, gathering experts’ reflections on proposed recommendations and expanding our understanding of the data landscape and recent innovations in the Netherlands.
