In the previous modules you learned about the methods, skills, tools and techniques that will enhance your effectiveness as a trainer. However, all this will be useless unless you also develop your skills as a manager. Indeed, delivering a training course requires extensive planning and peoplemanagement. The most articulate presentation will be thrown into disarray if the trainees all arrive late because they were not told how to find the classroom. A wonderful new case study that took time and effort to prepare will fall flat if you did not bring enough handouts for everyone.
