SIGMA Country Assessment Reports
SIGMA's annual assessments are prepared at the request of the European Commission (EC) and review the progress made by EU candidate and potential candidate countries in a number of areas of public administration reform (PAR). These assessments feed into the EC's annual Progress Reports and to its programming of technical assistance. They also provide countries with data and analyses to inform their own reform activities. Bosnia and Herzegovina priorities report 2014
As a continuation of the 2014 SIGMA assessments and as part of a longer-term programme of work, SIGMA has identified country priorities for public administration reform (PAR) for Bosnia and Herzegovina. Priorities cover the overall PAR needs of the country, including areas which were not covered by the 2014 SIGMA assessments.
