OECD Anti-Bribery Convention Phase 4 Two-Year Follow-Up Report on Poland

The OECD Working Group on Bribery decided at its December 2024 meeting to request Poland to urgently develop an action plan to address deficiencies in implementing the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions.
