On 7-8 October 2026, the 13th edition of the Forum will bring together senior representatives and leading experts from governments, financial institutions, the private sector, academia and civil society to promote dialogue, policy development and practical action. It will feature high-level plenaries, expert roundtables and interactive sessions under the theme Investing for energy security, transition and resilience in a changing world.
This year’s Forum will be held in person at the OECD Headquarters/Conference Centre, 2 rue André Pascal, 75016 Paris, and online via livestream. The Forum’s online platform and agenda are under development. Registration for in-person and online attendance is expected to open in June 2026.
Please note that registration for in-person attendance is subject to a vetting process, as space at the OECD Conference Centre is limited.
