Assessment of Development Results - Armenia
The Assessment of Development Results (ADR) for Armenia was conducted by the Independent Evaluation Office of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in 2014. The evaluation assesses UNDP’s performance and its contributions to development outcomes in Armenia between 2005 and 2013. The ADR provides recommendations for UNDP’s future strategic positioning in Armenia and its new Country Programme Document.

UNDP's contribution to development results
This chapter presents the assessment of UNDP’s contribution to development results in each of the four programme areas: poverty reduction, democratic governance, environment and sustainable development, and disaster and crisis prevention and recovery. Contributions will be assessed against four criteria: relevance, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability.
