This dataset contains historical statistics on taxes paid on wages, incomes and cash-benefit statistics. Included are average tax wedge, net personal average tax rate and average income tax rate. Data are provided for eight family-types differing by income level and household composition. Data coverage comprises the years 1979 to 2004.
