Preface
Volume Two of the Compendium of Election laws, Practices and Case Studies in Selected Commonwealth Countries deals with election cases which are arranged according to themes. This style of presentation is aimed at making election cases user-friendly. Interventions in the electoral process by the judiciary are not expected to be disrupted of that process, but have the potential to contribute significantly to the enhancement of the management of elections.
