Introduction
The annex of this publication contains OECD’s new geographical nomenclature, countryspecific notes and exchange rates. Data presented are much less detailed than the annual statistics included in the paper publication “International Trade by Commodity Statistics (ITCS)”, which provides full detail by commodity as well as by partner country. A DVD version of this publication is also available. The OECD publishes data received directly from the Statistical Office of the European Communities (Eurostat) under the names EU15 extra-EU and Euro area extra-EU (for the first 12 euro area countries), which excludes Intra-EU trade (cf. definitions: Differences between OECD statistics and Community statistics of Eurostat.)
