In order to establish sharing criteria between DSB networks (i.e., intra-service sharing) and between DSB networks and other services sharing the same and adjacent bands, protection ratios are required for the various DSB systems and systems of other services. The following sections identify the protection ratios that need to be established in order to carry out successful planning and coordination between these various services.
