This report reviews the overall context of broadband development in ABBMN countries (Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, and Nepal), as well as analysing some priority policy and regulatory issues for broadband deployment. The report provides concrete recommendations for policy makers and regulators.
