Hide / Show Abstract

On the topic “Responsibility of international organizations” the International Law Commission provisionally adopted draft articles 1–3 in 2003 and 4–7 in 2004. The latter articles deal with attribution of conduct to international organizations. The Special Rapporteur reiterates the suggestion that he made in his previous report that the draft articles adopted be reconsidered by the Commission before the end of the first reading in the light of comments made by States and international organizations.
