The measuring globalisation statistics provide comprehensive data on the industrial activity (manufacturing, service) of multinationals in OECD. It covers variables such as production, employment, research and trade, inward as well as outward investment. It also includes some international trade indicators that provide cross-disciplinary background information.

    This dataset provides statistics on inward activities of multinationals in services (real estate, insurance, education, monetary intermediation) by looking at flows from partner countries. It presents a series of variables for some OECD countries a selection of variables such as the number of enterprises and establishments, the number of employees, the turnover, the value added or the total exports and imports. Data are available from 1995 onwards.

  • Outward activity of multinationals: services

    This dataset comprises statistics on outward activities of multinationals in services (agriculture, construction, education,insurance) by looking at flows with partner countries. It presents a series of variables for some OECD countries a selection of variables such as the number of enterprises and establishments, the number of employees, the turnover, the value added or the total exports and imports. Data are available from 1995 onwards.
