This dataset contains information on the stringency of national legislation on employment protection for regular job types. Synthetic indicators are available for collective dismissals, difficulty of dismissal, fixed term contracts, notice and severance pay for no-fault individual dismissals, overall EPL, overall strictness of protection against dismissals, overall strictness of regulation, regular procedural inconveniences and temporary work agencies. Data range from 0 to 6 with higher scores representing stricter regulation.
