The OECD Factbook Statistics database includes data selected from more than 40 statistical databases illustrating the demographic, social, economic and environmental developments for its member countries and major additional countries. The user can easily compare each indicator for a country with those of other OECD countries.

The OECD Factbook Statistics 2009 dataset has a specific focus on inequality which also includes more than 100 indicators on population and migration, macroeconomic trends, economic globalisation, prices, labour market, science and technology, environment, education, public policies and quality of life. Data are provided for all OECD member countries with area totals, and in some cases, for selected non-member economies. This dataset provides statistics for each of the 30 member countries, Slovenia, Chile, Estonia, Israel and for the BRICS countries a broad selection of indicators, illustrating the demographic, social, economic and environmental developments and projections until 2050.
