This issue of Commonwealth Trade Hot Topics examines the broad economic impact of the outbreak of the Ebola virus in 2014–15 on the three countries at the epicentre of the crisis –Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone – with particular focus on Sierra Leone, and the implications for trade, investment and regional integration in West Africa.
