    • Highlights 2012
This dataset provides an access to a limited version of the database presented in the OECD-FAO Agricultural Outlook 2012-2021. The table contains projections on the agriculture market while analyzing commodities such as oilseeds, cereals, diary products and more. It also includes comprehensive statistics on the trade side including data on production, prices, trade balance, ending stocks, consumption ratio and more. For most of the commodity markets analysed in the Outlook, detailed supply and use balances are available, as well as domestic and international commodity prices. In most cases the data is going back to 1970 and extended to the latest year in the projections (currently 2021).

    • Commodity balances 2007
This comparative table comprises complementary statistics to the OECD-FAO Agricultural Outlook focusing on the commodity market by providing statistics on commodity balance such as wheat, butter, beef and soybeans. The dataset focuses on the analysis of the exports, imports, ending stocks, production and consumption of those commodities as well as market forecasts. Projections are based on a unique procedure combining information and experience available in Member countries with that of the OECD and FAO Secretariats, with a jointly developed modelling system, based on the OECD’s Aglink model, used to guarantee consistency in the projections. The data is covers the years starting from 1970 extending until 2016.
    • Macroeconomic data 2007
The Agricultural Outlook has been prepared as a joint report by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations. The report provides a ten year forward looking assessment of macroeconomic trends and prospects in the major agricultural commodity markets by focusing on variables such as GDP deflator, inflation rate, exchange rate, population rate. The historical macroeconomic data are based on OECD and World Bank sources and data projections are extended until 2016.
    • Per capita consumption 2007
The Per Capita consumption table provides an assessment of historical trends and future projections for agricultural commodity consumption per capita. Commodities included are the following: total meat, beef and veal, pig meat, poultry meat, sheep meat, milk, butter, cheese, skim milk powder, whole milk powder and sugar. The data coverage extends from 1970 to 2016.
    • Policy parameters 2007
This dataset provides statistics on agricultural policy parameters and projections for international trade in terms of commodity tariffs, subsidies, quotas and other international regulatory standards. The source for tariffs and Tariff Rate Quotas (except for Russia and sugar) is AMAD (Agricultural Market Access Database). The tariff and TRQ data are based on Most Favoured Nation rates scheduled with the WTO and exclude those under preferential or regional agreements, which may be substantially different. The data coverage of this table in terms of statistics and projections comprises the years 1970 to 2016.
    • World prices 2007

This table comprises a data coverage of more than 40 years starting from 1970 with projections until 2016.
  • Expand / Collapse Producer and Consumer Support Estimates

    • Total support estimate OECD 2010
These tables are a complement to the report Agricultural Policies in OECD Countries: At a Glance 2010. They comprise the summary of agricultural support estimates for OECD countries.
    • Producer support estimate and related indicators by country 2010
This table is a complement to the report Agricultural Policies in OECD Countries: At a Glance 2010. This dataset comprises statistics on the Producer Support Estimate (PSE), designed specifically to monitor and evaluate the level and composition of this support represents transfers to producers individually. These transfers to producers are further analyzed with indicators by country such as Producer NAC, PSE USD, Producer NPC, or Percentage PSE.
    • Producer support estimate composition 2010
This table is a complement to the report Agricultural Policies in OECD Countries: At a Glance 2010. This dataset comprises statistics on the Producer Support Estimate (PSE) composition for 2010, designed specifically to monitor and evaluate the level and composition of this support represents transfers to producers individually. These transfers to producers are further analyzed by looking at the percentage PSE and other relevant indicators.
    • Consumer support estimate and related indicators by country 2010
This table is a complement to the report Agricultural Policies in OECD Countries: At a Glance 2010. This dataset comprises statistics on the Consumer Support Estimate (CSE) indicators by country 2010, designed specifically to monitor and captures the value of transfers to consumers. The CSE is almost always negative because transfers from consumers due to market price support policies outweigh any consumption subsidies from taxpayers that might be provided to consumers. The value of transfers to consumers are further analyzed by looking at the percentage CSE and other relevant indicators.
    • General services support estimate by country 2010
This table is a complement to the report Agricultural Policies in OECD Countries: At a Glance 2010. General Service Support Estimate (GSSE) includes transfers to producers collectively, i.e. services that benefit agriculture but whose initial incidence is not at the level of individual farmers. The value of those transfers are further analyzed by looking at the percentage of TSE and other relevant indicators.
    • Total support estimate by country 2010
This table is a complement to the report Agricultural Policies in OECD Countries: At a Glance 2010. This dataset comprises statistics on the Total Support Estimate (TSE) indicators by country 2010, which represents the sum of all three components, adjusting for double-counting given that some market price transfers are accounted for in both the PSE and CSE. The value of those transfers are further analyzed by looking at the percentage of GDP and other relevant indicators.

Variables such as level of production and consumption as well as value of production are analyzed by commodity and country.
  • Environmental Performance of Agriculture

This dataset provides the latest and most comprehensive data across OECD countries on the environmental performance of agriculture since 1990. A set of agri-environmental indicators has been developed through several specific theme-focused workshops involving OECD country analysts and scientific experts, complemented with thorough reviews of the literature. The OECD’s Driving Force-State-Response model (DSR) is the organising framework for developing the indicators.
  • Agricultural market access database (AMAD)

The Agricultural Market Access Database (AMAD) contains a common data set on tariffs, tariff-rate quotas and imports so that researchers, policy makers, and others can analyse the levels of tariff protections in agriculture among WTO members. The development and use of a common data set can assist in improving international transparency of agricultural trade as covered by multilateral rules and disciplines.
